New Functional Strength Class Launches Aug. 4 at JH CrossFit

We're excited to announce that in August, Celia Stewart will be introducing “Built to Move,” a new strength-based, no-barbell class.
You’ll train under a specialized program designed by Celia, who believes fitness should be sustainable and empowering.

When: Classes begin Monday, Aug. 4
Class Schedule: Every Monday / Wednesday / Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
Overview: This 45-minute class focuses on total-body and core strength through progressive overload and interval training.
Equipment includes: Dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, resistance bands, machines, and bodyweight movements.
How to Join: This class is included in your current membership. If you're on an unlimited plan, you're already good to go. It also counts toward your regular class punch cards or weekly visit limits — no extra steps needed.
