4th of July Schedule
We’re adjusting class times slightly this week to accommodate the holiday. Thanks for planning ahead and celebrating with us!
Thursday, July 3 – Normal class schedule
Friday, July 4 – 8:30 a.m. only — Partner WOD: "Holleyman.” Post-workout snacks, drinks and popsicles provided!
Saturday, July 5 – Gym Closed / No Class**

“Bring a Friend” Week: July 7–12
Got someone curious about CrossFit or looking to get back in shape?
July 7–12, we’re hosting a “Bring a Friend” week. All members can bring a guest to any regular class. No drop-in fee. No prior experience required. Just fun and fitness.
All that friend needs to do is register at the link below and sign the waiver.
Bonus: If your friend purchases a membership, you’ll get a 50 percent credit toward your August dues.
Foundations Course – July Sessions
Our Foundations Course is a two-class series to help new and returning athletes build confidence in key CrossFit movements.
July Dates:
July 1 & 3 at 5:30 p.m.
July 22 & 24 at 5:30 p.m.
Day 1: Squats & Overhead Presses
Day 2: Deadlifts, Cleans, & Snatches
Open to all members. Whether you’re brand new to CrossFit, or looking to reinforce the basics — we’d love to have you.

New Class Starting August 4
Burnt out on just cardio and metcons? Want to change it up? Returning from an injury? JH CrossFit wants to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.
We're excited to announce that starting in August, Celia Stewart will be launching “Built to Move,” a new strength-based, no-barbell class.
You’ll train under a specialized program designed by Celia, who believes fitness should be sustainable and empowering.
Be a part of a group that wants to get stronger for a purpose — together! Expect a welcoming, challenging, and supportive experience.
Built to Move
When: Classes are on Monday, Aug. 4
Class Schedule: Monday / Wednesday / Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
Overview: This 45-minute class focuses on total-body and core strength through progressive overload and interval training.
Equipment includes: Dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, resistance bands, machines, and bodyweight movements.
How to Join: This class is included in your current membership. If you're on an unlimited plan, you're already good to go. It also counts toward your regular class punch cards or weekly visit limits — no extra steps needed.

We all need to wipe down our equipment after using it. We’ve added two black cleaning wipe buckets that should make this much easier.
