Beach Brawl Spring 2026
Several of our athletes are competing in the Beach Brawl Spring competition next week, Saturday and Sunday, March 21-22, in Pensacola.
This is a team-based CrossFit event that welcomes athletes from across the region.
Even if you’re not competing, come out and support the crew. A strong sideline makes a difference.
JH CrossFit will have our usual setup: tent, drinks, and snacks. You are just encouraged to bring a chair.
Rx + Scaled: Saturday, March 21
Intermediate + Masters: Sunday, March 22
Location: Pensacola Beach (20 Casino Beach Boardwalk)
The CrossFit Open — Thank You + Final Push
A huge thank you to everyone who signed up for the Open. The energy and turnout have really been outstanding.
Raffle winners for the free memberships (for 26.1, 26.2, and 26.3) will be announced after the 26.3 score submission deadline Monday night, March, 16.
Our final Friday Night Lights is tonight at 6:30 PM.
Show up, help judge, lock-in scores, and be proud of your effort.
Quick Reminder
This is your friendly heads-up that our Quarterly Facility Improvement Fee will be charged in April. These fees are critical to help us continue updating equipment, making repairs and keeping our facility elite.
