JH’s 10th Anniversary WOD
On Wednesday, May 13, at 5:30 p.m., we’ll celebrate 10 years of JH CrossFit with a special community workout and gathering.
To accommodate, we are canceling class sessions at 3:30, 5:15, and 6:30 p.m. that day so everyone can come together for one big event.
John Soutullo
The workout will be a partner workout programmed and coached by JH founder John Soutullo, followed by food and refreshments for everyone who sticks around to celebrate.
Anyone who participates in the workout will also be entered into a raffle for door prizes, including memberships and merch.
Be sure to order a 10th Anniversary Tee-Shirt
We’d love to see the gym full for this one!
This event is open to:
all current members,
past members,
and friends of the JH family.

Olympic Lifting Cycle
We’ve rolled into a new strength cycle, “The First Rule of Lift Club,” as part of our Mayhem affiliate programming.

Spring Beach Brawl 2026 Recap
We had four teams compete at Spring Beach Brawl:
JH JV — Caleb Despres, Samuel Lambert, and Will Beech
JH Thugs in Scrubs — Brittany Clark, Hannah Dunn, and Aleen Kaltakdjian
S.A.C of Fitches — Allison Preston, Sarah Wallace, and Cherise McDole
The Millennial Chaperone — Sabrina Caldwell, Alexis Klepec, and Anna Eggert
Thank you to all of our competitors for showing up, competing hard, and continuing to emphasize the best part of competition: having fun.
And thank you to our community for once again being the loudest group on the beach.
That kind of support is part of what makes JH special.
Housekeeping — Kids & Pets
A quick reminder to help keep JH safe, welcoming, and focused during class times.
If your child accompanies you to class, it is your responsibility to ensure they:
Remain in the front room, on the bench in the front, or out back.
Stay clear of the main gym floor during class times
Do not use or play on gym equipment.
These rules are critical to your child's safety and to ensuring athletes can remain focused and injury-free.
In that same vein, if you bring a pet to the gym, you are agreeing to keep them on a leash or in a crate at all times and out of harm’s way.
We appreciate everyone's help in keeping JH safe, respectful, and enjoyable for all.
Thanks for being part of this community.
See you in the gym,
Will
